INTERIOR Painting

We use top quality paints, stains, and primers. Inadequate or incomplete painting preparation is the major reason for failures of the finish. For best results we have developed a step by step work method.

Interior Painting Procedure:

SET UP–  Furniture and accessories are placed in the center of the room and covered with new plastic.  Floors are covered and protected with drop cloths, plastic, or builders paper.                                  

CAULK –  We caulk any minor cracks, gaps on crown molding, casings, windows, doors, cabinets, and baseboards.

WALL REPAIR – We fill nail holes as requested, repair holes and gouges in walls, and RE-tape and bed cracks and then match textures.

WALLS – We remove all switch plates and blinds.

APPLICATION –  Paint is applied by brush and roller for walls.  Airless sprayer for brush-stroke free finishes on woodwork.   

CLEAN UP –  Your home is left better than the way it was before we entered.  We always sweep daily and vacuum when we finish a project.
