Alexandris 3 Year Warranty

This warranty is limited to workmanship.  Warranty period commences upon completion of each project, and is only valid upon receiving full payment for all work rendered, per terms of service contract.  Subject to the limitations set forth below Alexandris Brothers Painting will repair peeling, blistering, or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship over the span of 36 months.  Materials and paint are guaranteed by the manufacturer, not Alexandris Brothers Painting.   Alexandris Brothers Painting is not responsible for damage to paint or any subtrate due to regular aging and wear or unforseen problems with the homes foundation, wood rot, or weather.  Some peeling may be due to influences other than workmanship and are not covered by this warranty.

For this warranty to be valid, you must:

• Notify Alexandris Brothers Painting in writing.
• Have a copy of the original contract.
• Obtain evidence of payment in full or obtain a copy of cancelled check.
• Purchase all materials to be used  in performing repairs.
• Grant access to property for Alexandris Brothers to perform repairs.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, by virtue of its design permits moisture to collect. Surfaces include, but are not limited to, decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and wood gutters.

• Bleeding caused by knots, rust or cedar.

• Consequential or accidental damages caused by accident or abuse.

• Cracks in the drywall, plaster or wood caused by expansion or contraction.

• Discoloration or a change in the appearance, caused by dirt, fire, explosion, flood, extreme weather conditions, misuse, alterations, abuse, vandalism, negligence.

• Color matching to existing paint, either during initial application, or during any subsequent repair work.

• Repairs under this limited warranty will be performed only on the specific areas where peeling, chipping, or blistering has occured and only to the level of surface preparation described in the contract.

The sole remedy against Alexandris Brothers Painting shall be for repairing the defective area and not any consequential damages to substrates.
